Covenant of Companies for climate and energy (DG ENER)

Covenant of Companies for climate and energy (DG ENER)

The Covenant aims to be a community of companies and supporting entities who have made a pledge to reduce their fossil energy footprint.

In English common law, a ‘covenant’ is distinguished from a standard contract by the presence of a wax seal on the agreement, symbolising the elevated sincerity of the commitment of the parties to the covenant.

Our mission statement is quite simple: it is to help companies and numerous supporting entities to decarbonise their energy footprint, by guiding them to define and then implement emissions reduction goals that are manageable, attainable and aligned with their level of ambition.

ENCLUDE - Energy Citizens For Inclusive Decarbonisation

ENCLUDE is a Horizon2020 multi partner project aiming to define, contextualise and integrate the concept of energy citizenship into decision making processes.
During ENCLUDE, we will rethink and redesign engagement processes between government, business, civil society organisations and citizens for a decarbonised future for and with all.
To achieve these goals, the project benefits from the inclusive and trans-disciplinary research framework of the partners. Here, Th!nk E takes the lead in contextualising the emergence and consolidation of energy citizenship.
