AgriCom

Introduction

AgriCom assists pilots in the agrifood and retail SME sector in establishing renewable energy communities, with the objective of increasing theuse of renewable energy and reducing exposure to high and fluctuating energy costs.

Approach

The project supports pilot initiatives across Belgium (Wallonia and Flanders), Spain (Catalonia), Italy (Trentino), Greece (island regions), and Croatia. It combines hands-on support to communities with a robust communication, outreach, and capacity building campaign to engage stakeholders in the agrifood and retail SME sector and raise awareness of the benefits of energy communities.

Our role

Th!nk E is responsible for project management, communication and dissemination, and provides technical and legal support throughout the project. This includes coordination of consortium activities, outreach to sector stakeholders, andensuring that pilot initiatives receive the guidance needed to successfully develop their energy communities.
