Green Overseas

Introduction

Green Overseas (GO) supports Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) in implementing ambitious energy policies by strengthening local capacities, facilitating exchanges of expertise, and supporting concrete initiatives to accelerate the energy transition.

Approach

The project provides strategic and technical support across several axes, includingthe development of renewable energy policies, improving energy efficiency, and advancing sustainable mobility. OCTs benefit from a structured programme of capacity building and knowledge sharing designed to be practically applicable within their specific local contexts.

Our role

Th!nk E was responsible for developing the work streams on sustainable energy policy and regulation and sustainable transport. This included developing online trainings in French and English, producing best practice catalogues in both languages, and organising three dedicated workshops for OCT stakeholders.
